TailgatePal is ready to help you make your event an awesome day of friends, food and fun. Here are answers to some common questions. If you don’t see an answer to your question please give us a call or email us at info@tailgatepal.com
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
For single game reservations payment is due upon booking. Full season guests have the option to pay a 50% deposit upon booking with a final payment due on August 1. If a full season package is purchased on or after July 1 then the full balance is due upon booking.
WHEN CAN I START TAILGATING?
The site will open four (4) hours prior to kick off. We’ll permit tailgates to continue up to 30 minutes post game or 11pm, whichever comes first.
CAN I BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT (BBQ’S, TABLES, CHAIRS, TVS, GENERATORS, ETC.) IN ADDITION TO WHAT’S SUPPLIED?
Each site in Tailgate Alley is designed to accommodate a specific number of people and the equipment that is included in each package. Guests are welcome to bring and personally set up their own permitted equipment that does not exceed the allocated space for the reserved tailgate spot, however, due to the configuration of Tailgate Alley and its close proximity to the entrance to Autzen TailgatePal and the University of Oregon do not permit extra tents, non TailgatePal TVs, deep fryers, open flames or loud generators.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES OR DO I HAVE TO USE TAILGATEPAL PARTNER CATERERS?
You are welcome to bring your own food (and alcohol for persons 21 or older). We celebrate tailgating and look forward to seeing your special food items and even sharing your recipes with others!
As a reminder: Per University of Oregon policy, kegs are not allowed anywhere in Autzen Stadium, including Tailgate Alley.
If you would prefer to have food and alcohol catered and delivered to your site, please contact one of our preferred catering partners directly for menu options and delivery time schedules.
WHERE CAN I DROP OFF FOOD OR ANY EXTRA TAILGATING ACCESSORIES?
Drop off: MLK Blvd. near the entrance to PK Park – look for our signs.
TailgatePal staff is ready to help transport items from the drop off area to your site as well as direct people being dropped off beginning four (4) hours prior to game time.
Please refer to your Game Day Map (sent 5 days prior to each game) for specific times.
CAN OUR PACKAGE BE UPGRADED FOR EXTRA CHAIRS, TABLES, COOLERS, ETC.?
TailgatePal will give its best efforts to accommodate all our clients with any upgrade requests. When booking your package please note in advance your request for extra tailgating accessories and we will confirm availability and pricing.

The rest of the clean-up and tear down is part of the TailgatePal package. After you are done tailgating for your event, simply contact your Pal (host) and we’ll take care of the rest.
WHAT IS YOUR RAIN POLICY?
This is tailgating and it is Eugene so unless prohibited by local authorities, TailgatePal will set up all canopies and tents even if (by some slight chance) it rains. In the case of severe weather, TailgatePal may modify the services offered for that event. In the event your package is cancelled due to weather (done only if Oregon cancels the game), TailgatePal will credit half of the balance toward a future game. Any food or beverages that are purchased will have to be arranged separately with our exclusive vendors.
